We recently embarked on a large ecommerce project for a client for which Magento has been chosen as the platform for a number of reasons including its flexibility and scalability.

A number of challenges have already been identified in the early stages of planning for this project. As we work through these challenges we aim to keep a thorough record here on our blog to share any tweaks, customisations and plain old cool stuff that we come across in the Magento world. Hopefully we too can provide some useful information on how to get the most out of this powerful ecommerce platform and give something back to the existing community.
